The Audit and Compliance committee have investigated a claim of sexual discrimination at a GWO certified Training Provider. The investigation did not support the claim, but has prompted the Audit & Compliance Committee to develop a Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements placed by GWO Steering Committee on GWO’s Secretariat concerning their responsibilities towards employees, colleagues, Delegates, members, Training Providers, other stakeholders and the environment.
These requirements reflect also GWOs expectations towards our primary stakeholders (Members, Certified Training Providers and Certification Bodies).
